Slurry Deposit
Slurry is evenly provided to the surface of filter cloth.
When it is attached with vacuum pump from the bottom,
the solid and liquid are separated from the groove between filter cloth and belt.

Cake Washing
After cake is formed, cleansing water is sprayed over the
surface of the cake. Multi-step cleansing is available
depending on the length of dehydration.

Cake Drying
After the cake is formed and cleansed, it is dried by the air passing through the cake particles.
In addition, steam, oscillation and compression device
could be added to minimize the moisture content. |

Cake Discharge
After dehydration and drying, the cake is grounded by the roller at the filter cloth and discharged through discharge chute. |

Filter Cloth & Belt Washing
Filter cloth and rubber belt is cleansed by cleansing water at the return section to increase the efficiency of dehydration and increase the duration of the filter cloth. |
