This machine is to select and clean materials by size. The number and size of screens are decided by the
user. This machine with one to five stages can be manufactured. Its width and length is decided by capacity.
Material for screen is determined by the property and composition of raw materials. Steel and urethane are
commonly used for screens. According to usage, other materials are selected for screens.
Materials highly
resistant to repetitive vibration are used for the frame. As most of the parts are laser-cut and tightened with
bolts for easy repair and replacement. Thanks to its mechanical vibration, its life is doubled than
motor-vibration machines. |
