This machine is used to remove fine dust, suspended maters, contaminants and soil from raw materials and
designed for large-scale processes. Also, it can be used as a cyclone for Fine Sander.
When the agitator runs,
raw materials inside of the tank are revolves to remove contaminants on the surface of raw materials.
And suspended matters are discharged through the weir. When specific gravity reaches a certain level, load is
detected to open the valve to let out raw materials.
Then, the discharged raw materials go through screens to
remove fine dust and contaminants. After this, contaminants are stored in the sand tank, and then are pumped
to the water process.
